General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

for the sale of digital 3D models and custom services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Scope<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manuela Ebel \u2013 EbelMesh 3D Studio<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cProvider\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and their customers regarding the sale of digital 3D models, textures, as well as the provision of custom services (e.g., customization, re-texturing, or bespoke creations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When purchasing through third-party platforms (e.g., TurboSquid, CGTrader, Unity Asset Store), their respective terms of use and business conditions also apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Contracting Parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The contract is concluded between the customer and the provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Description of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The provider creates and sells digital 3D models, PBR textures, and similar digital content in various formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the provider offers custom services, such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • modifications of existing models,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • re-texturing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • or the creation of new models according to the customer\u2019s specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    These services are provided only after prior consultation and written confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Copyright and Usage Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    All digital content is protected by copyright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    With the purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right of use<\/strong> in accordance with the license terms of the respective platform or a separate agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    An distribution, reproduction, publication, or resale<\/strong> of the content is not permitted<\/strong>, unless explicitly permitted in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The prices specified on the platform or in the individual offer apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    All prices are final prices (including any applicable taxes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the respective platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Delivery \/ Download<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Digital products are made available for download immediately via the respective platform after payment is completed Download<\/strong> provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Custom services are delivered via email or download link upon completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When purchasing digital content, the statutory right of withdrawal expires,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    as soon as the download or the provision<\/strong> has begun and the customer has expressly agreed to it (Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The provider is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    No liability is assumed for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Compatibility issues with the customer\u2019s software, hardware, or operating systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • or damages resulting from improper use of the content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      9. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      The law of Federal Republic of Germany<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid or incomplete,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
